Digital Production, Design & Development Level 3 T Level (Full Time)

Supported Internship (Full Time)

This course is for students with an EHCP who have completed their studies and are ready to work but will need help and support to find a job. The course consists of one day in college and three days in the workplace. Students are supported in the workplace by job coaches and work is found based on your interests. Students are exempt from Maths and English as the focus is on work-ready skills and undertaking placements.

Assistant Accountant Level 3 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

This Apprenticeship programme will be delivered at East Surrey College, Redhill. An Assistant Accountant provides support to internal and external customers and will work predominately either as an assistant accountant within practice or alternatively within the finance function of an organisation. Part of their role will involve assisting in the day to day financial activities such as data entry to month end management accounts and/or year-end financial statements. In addition the Assistant Accountant may find themselves involved in regulatory financial requirements such as the completion of VAT returns or assisting in the preparation of tax computations.

Automotive Autocare Technician Level 2 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

For this apprenticeship standard, we will provide the training in college that covers the elements a level 2 motor vehicle mechanic would be completing in the workplace. Bricklayer Level 2 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

This Apprenticeship programme will be delivered at East Surrey College, Redhill. For this apprenticeship standard, we provide a day release programme for 2 years. The apprentice will study the skills required for this apprenticeship and will follow a programme of training provided by the City and Guilds which will then lead to the End Point Assessment. There is no longer a technical certificate or NVQ required for this apprenticeship with completion of the End Point Assessment confirming the apprenticeship completion and providing the requirements for the CSCS card.

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Our Customer Services apprenticeship Standard is suitable for those in customer facing roles in any industry. The core responsibility will be to provide a high quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer's own locality. These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

The main purpose of a customer service specialist is to be a 'professional' for direct customer support within all sectors and organisation types. You are an advocate of Customer Service who acts as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints, and queries. You are often an escalation point for complicated or ongoing customer problems. As an expert in your organisation's products and/or services, you share knowledge with your wider team and colleagues. You gather and analyse data and customer information that influences change and improvements in service. Utilising both organisational and generic IT systems to carry out your role with an awareness of other digital technologies. This could be in many types of environment including contact centres, retail, webchat, service industry or any customer service point.

Digital Marketer BSc (Hons) Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

This course is designed to offer students the opportunity to study for an award in Digital Marketing at the same time as working either in a marketing role, or in preparation for one in the very near future. The distinctive feature of the Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship (DMDA) is its emphasis on the workplace as a learning and development environment.

Domestic Electrician Level 3 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Domestic Electricians work in domestic properties such as homes, dwellings, or individual units (care homes, apartment buildings or student accommodation). Apprentices will study a Level 5 BTEC Higher National Diploma at the college and will finish their degree with a Top up year at University. Several local Universities have indicated that they will be offering this as an option. The final assessment consists of IEng accreditation.

Engineering Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

This Apprenticeship programme will be delivered at East Surrey College, Redhill. This Engineering Apprenticeship Standard has several pathways embedded within it. We offer the following pathways Engineering Machinist, Engineering Maintenance, Engineering Product Design and Development, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Engineering Technical Support, Engineering Fitter. Financial Adviser Level 3 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Financial advisers provide their clients with specialist advice on how to manage their money. They may be employed in large companies such as banks or within small specialist advice businesses. The role involves building long term valued relationships with client, researching the marketplace and recommending the most appropriate products and services available. Financial advisers may specialise in particular products, depending on their clients, such as selling employee pension schemes to companies or offering mortgage, pension or investment advice to private clients.

Financial Services Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Due to recent changes, more administrative support is required by firms in order to provide an efficient, high quality and compliant service to their clients. The Financial Administrator standard responds to this demand whilst also providing an ideal entry point for a career in the sector, with progression routes leading to a number of roles with full professional qualifications.

Financial Services Customer Adviser Level 2 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

This apprenticeship has been designed for use in Banks and Building Societies, but may have wider application across Financial Services. Within these organisations there are a number of front line roles that deal with customers on a range of relatively straightforward transactions within a detailed regulatory and risk framework - these may happen in a branch, over the phone, through the internet or be done by an individual in an operations centre that supports other areas of the business. Typical activities could include, depending on the organisation, branch cashier, dealing face to face with customer enquiries in branches, helping them use new digital services, dealing with enquiries by phone, email or post, administering customer accounts, proactively contacting customers, identifying sales opportunities and making referrals.

General Welder (Arc Processes) Level 2 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

This Apprenticeship programme will be delivered at East Surrey College, Redhill. Welding apprentices will receive formal tuition in our workshop alongside theory sessions to support their role in the workplace. This new apprenticeship standard requires the apprentices to pass nationally recognised welder assessments which will include destructive and non-destructive tests carried out by qualified inspection personnel.

Hair Professional Level 2 Hair Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

The Hair professional standard has two routes Barbering & Hairdressing.There are core units that are common to both routes and then specialist units for each discipline. During the programme apprentices will attend college on a day release programme to study a Level 2 Diploma. This Diploma has both Knowledge and Competency Units. The programme is similar to the original apprenticeship with the addition of the end assessment which is mandatory for all new apprenticeship standards

HR Consultant/Partner Level 5 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

This role could be called an HR Consultant or an HR Business Partner in different organisations. Individuals in this role will use their HR expertise to provide and lead the delivery of HR solutions to business challenges, together with tailored advice to the business in a number of HR areas, typically to mid-level and senior managers. They could be in a generalist role, where they provide support across a range of HR areas - likely to be the Core HR option; or a specialist role, where they focus on and have in depth expertise in a specific area of HR - likely to be Resourcing, Total Reward, Organisation Development, or HR Operations. Whichever of these is chosen, they will have a good grounding across the whole range of HR disciplines as this is contained in both of the qualification options included in this standard.

This Apprenticeship programme will be delivered at John Ruskin College, South Croydon. For this apprenticeship standard, we provide a day release programme for 2 years. The apprentice will study the skills required for this apprenticeship and will follow a programme of training provided by the City and Guilds which will then lead to the End Point Assessment. There is no longer a technical certificate or NVQ required for this apprenticeship with completion of the End Point Assessment confirming the apprenticeship completion and providing the requirements for the CSCS card.
