Profile

Richard has had extensive experience in management having started his career in Retail before moving into Electrical Engineering. He entered the further education sector in 1998 and is well versed in policy and procedures. Able to interpret the often complex guidance on Apprenticeships he is able to support businesses, both experienced and new to Apprenticeships, through the process required to engage and be successful in recruiting and retaining apprentices. His particular strength lies with engineering where the diversity of the sector brings many variables into play. Working very closely with the curriculum area Richard is able to discuss your requirements and produce training plans which closely meet your individual needs.
