John Ruskin College has a great course that prepares 16-18 year olds who have been out of education for some time or have barriers to learning.
Our LEAP course is a great starting point for young people to prepare for their next steps. The courses provide a safe place to develop their communication skills, and confidence to prepare for a full-time College course, or to head into the world of work.

LEAP (Learning, Employability and Progression) is a great way to support the transition into employment, preparing and supporting you with building the skills you'll need to secure and maintain employment. This course has varied start and exit points throughout the year and is designed to help young people who may need a little support to transition into employment in their local community.
