What led you to choosing this course?  
I’ve always liked numbers at school and have aspirations to own my own business one day. Therefore, I chose to study Business at JRC for the diverse range of potential career paths and opportunities available. I hope to work in Real Estate one day and knew the Level 3 Business course could help me. 

Why did you decide to study at JRC?  
My older sister studied here, and I heard through her that it was a good College. I decided to come and visit for an Open Event, and I was really impressed by the facilities and course options. 
 
What do you enjoy most about your course?  
I love how business is so numerical, and we get to explore the finanical side of business more in class. Also, the Business department organises amazing trips for us, like visiting the Emirates and Park Theatre. The trip gave me a clearer sense of business and inspired me to want to run my own business.  
 
How are you finding the teaching/support? 
The tutors are very good at listening and explaining things when you need some help. It’s also great to have the careers team here, so we can ask them for advice about the future.  
 
Have you done any work experience during this course?  
Recently I’ve been looking into more opportunities for work experience, however outside of my course and alongside my studies I’ve  been running my own small nail business. I like using what I’ve learned at College in the day to day running of my business.  

 
What are your future plans?  
My main goal is that I want to get into the real estate or beauty industries. My next step, however, is to go to university, hopefully somewhere in London as I’m trying to decide between Kingston, UCL, Queen Mary and Kings College. I would want to study either a business or real estate course depending on where I apply. 
 
Would you recommend JRC to a future student. If so, why? 
If you’re a practical learner who wants to gain more knowledge in the business industry, I definitely recommend. The Business tutors at JRC are very helpful in starting your business career and journey.
