Seasonal Vulnerabilities
The Christmas holiday period can be a lovely time, but for some people it can be difficult, and they may be more vulnerable for a number of different reasons. Below are a few of the reasons, but there may be many more.
· Feeling lonely
· Winter weather
· More time spent with family
· Time away from friends or people who are important
· More time spent online
· Past traumas being revisited
· Financial pressure
