OSC Partner with Think Pacific on Project Bali
Date: 19 November 2024
OSC are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for our Learners to take part in a trip of a lifetime on a fully funded trip to Bali!
East Surrey College and John Ruskin College, as part of Surrey FE, successfully bid for the UK government funding available under the Turing scheme, on behalf of OSC Colleges - East Surrey and John Ruskin, plus three other Surrey colleges, for learners to experience this amazing trip.
Learners will be immersed in a new and vibrant culture, contribute to sustainable projects, and develop new skills such as teamwork, resilience and communication. Learners will be with Learners from other Colleges, making up a larger group and will all live and work together - this will mean sharing rooms/resources/facilities, plus it will be challenging, so please bear all this in mind when you apply!
This fully funded trip is open to all Full-time students on Level 3 or below courses. There are only 11 places, so you need to apply for a place via Think Pacific website. Applications will be based on a student's pastoral record and then, random selection to ensure the process is fair. Key points to note:
- Trip is fully-funded, you will be required to take spending money.
- Dates for the trip are in February, exact dates to be confirmed.
If you are up for a challenge, click here to find out more and sign up today. Applications open for a short period of time and close midday on Tuesday 26 November 2024. Any applications after that time will not be counted.
