Orbital South Colleges appoints Lindsay Pamphilon as new CEO/Principal

Orbital South Colleges comprising John Ruskin College, East Surrey College and Reigate School of Art is delighted to announce the recent appointment of Dr. Lindsay Pamphilon as the College Group’s new Chief Executive and Principal. The appointment comes after the College Groups’ previous leader Jayne Dickinson retired after 12 years in post.
Lindsay has worked in general Further Education for the last 26 years, managing Curriculum and Quality in a variety of roles including Principal. During this time she spent 10 years as a Lecturer and Manager in Further and Higher Education before moving into Quality, Teaching, and Learning.
Lindsay commented: “I am hugely privileged to be appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer and Principal and to have the opportunity to continue the marvellous work we do in Surrey and Croydon.”
