Croydon Yoga Hub at JRC Student Fair

Our students received a visit from Croydon Yoga Hub as part of our Student Fair! This event will be running over the next couple of weeks providing students with access to useful information and activities.

The yoga instructors guided our students and staff through the various postures, breathing exercises and deep relaxation. This session was a great introduction to the world of yoga covering the many benefits it can have on the mind, body and its contribution to wellbeing.

During the Student Fair, our Student President Elizabeth and Vice President Emily, were also in attendance gathering student feedback on what other Enrichment activities they would like to see at their College in the future.
