Enrolments have begun for the 2024/25 year.

We have now sent out all Enrolment Letters via post and email to students who have applied and had their placement accepted.

You will have been invited to a specific date & time at the East Surrey College campus. Within the enrolment session we will confirm your place and ensure you are enrolled onto the correct course. This process may take up to 2 hours.

Here is some important information for those joining us for enrolments:

  • Original copies of all qualifications you have achieved (including any Functional Skills and/or GCSE in English & Maths) This is an essential requirement and will prevent enrolment if not produced.
  • If materials/ resources are required for your course, you have the option to pay these now or at enrolment. Depending on your circumstances, you may qualify for financial support towards the materials/resource fees. Please speak to the Bursary Department
  • Photo ID (British citizens only – Passport, Driving Licence, Birth Certificate)
  • If you do not hold a UK passport, please bring with you, your EU passport and confirmation of settlement, your passport and VISA, or your Residence permit.
  • If you have applied for asylum, you must bring evidence of your application from the Home Office. A section 20 letter from your social worker will not be accepted

If you do not bring all the information which applies to you from the above requirements, we may not be able to complete your Enrolment on the day. Please contact Client Services if you are unsure.
